Jordan Moore joined Ellison Development in 2025 as a Project Analyst, relocating from Chicago to Tampa. In this role, he is responsible for investment performance and ensuring alignment between strategy and financial goals across the full deal lifecycle, from acquisition through post-acquisition management. He works closely with operations and development teams on proforma creation, financial modeling, and risk mitigation, with a focus on monitoring performance and optimizing returns.
